Products can be returned within 17 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, or items marked as final sale or bought during clearance events. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 01044509955 within 17 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or a defective item. Return shipping fees are: EGP 65 for Cairo, EGP 75 for Alexandria, and EGP 110 for other areas. We recommend using a trackable method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 20 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos; we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
